Default How to bookmark MS Access data

I'm not sure what you mean by bookmarking the Access data, but If you mean
pulling the same structured data from Access into Excel then:
create a query in Access to pull the data you like from your table/s
Open Excel
Click on Data Import External Data New database query
navigate to your dB/query (set up any needed sorting, etc)
Every time you add new data to your table/s, all you have to do is click
refresh data in Excel (Data menu or just click the execlamation mark/icon on
toolbar), and the new data will be imported from Access into Excel. But again
i'm not sure if that what you are after.

Thanks.
