I'm not sure what you mean by bookmarking the Access data, but If you mean
pulling the same structured data from Access into Excel then: create a query in Access to pull the data you like from your table/s Open Excel Click on Data Import External Data New database query navigate to your dB/query (set up any needed sorting, etc) Every time you add new data to your table/s, all you have to do is click refresh data in Excel (Data menu or just click the execlamation mark/icon on toolbar), and the new data will be imported from Access into Excel. But again i'm not sure if that what you are after. Thanks. -- when u change the way u look @ things, the things u look at change. "ML" wrote: How to bookmark MS Access data and link to MS Excel? |
