Default Use Excel file for a survey

We want to use an excel file for a small survey (without developing a webpage
with a database behind).
Everything is fine including a small based on excel app to gather and
analyze info from all returned excel spreadsheets.
The problem is how to have responses anonymously. The approach were going
to implement is to send the excel template via e-mail to users and ask them
to send it back via e-mail as well. But, if they send it from a personal
e-mail it wont be anonymous.

Could anybody advise anything on it?

Thanks

Short of having them create a new e-mail address?

If you don't want to have a web page, umm.. may have to do snail mail!

Thanks, Sean. We were thinking abot it to create an e-mail from hotmail or
yahoo to give users log in and password and they could use that one e-mail to
attach a spreadsheet and send it to us. But, then it was rejected.

Is any way to upload it through fpt using ulr or something like that?

Thanks

There are lots of sites for file sharing; for example,
http://www.mediafire.com/ or http://www.savefile.com/ or http://drop.io/.

You can create an account and give everybody in your group the name and
password.
