Great! Thanks!

To fix the proble assign this macro to a button and use it whenever needed.
It will work on comments on the active sheet;

[Adapted from http://www.contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#Format]
Sub ReformatComments()
Dim cmt As Comment
For Each cmt In ActiveSheet.Comments
With cmt.Shape.TextFrame.Characters.Font
.Name = "Arial"
.Size = 14
.Bold = False
.ColorIndex = 5
End With
Next
End Sub

I have a shared workbook with formatted comments (type formated in larger
point size - so easier to read). Every time I save the workbook (shared) and
go back into it the size of the type returns to the smaller point size.

Any thoughts?
