formula help
I have an amortization table on a spreadsheet. On a seperate spreadsheet I
would like to write a formula that will look up data from the amortization spreadsheet based on a typed-in payment number. |

Easily done. Look in the help index for VLOOKUP.

look up help on the vlookup command, using =<sheetname!<range to reference
