Default Adding $ to fomulas

Is there a way to select a cell with a formula in and use some kind of
keyboard function to a $s around it. I.E.

Original
=cards!c3

After some kind of keyboard function
=cards!$c$3

??

Hi,

Place the cursor between C & 3 in the formula bar and tap F4

Default Adding $ to fomulas

While in the EDIT mode use F4 to see and use different combinations like:
$C$3
C$3
$C3
C3
--
