Please tell me how to copy a one column email address book in Excel and paste
it into a Word file that I can subsequently copy into an email on MSN Hotmail and send to colleagues. MSN Hotmail requires a comma after each email address to send an address book. I am using Office 2000 programs. |

I'm not sure why you have to paste into MSWord.
If your list is in A1:A10 (say) Insert a new column B and put this in B1: =A1 Then put this in b2: =B1&","&A2 And drag the formula in B2 down to B10. Then you can pick up the single value in B10 and paste directly into your email To: field.
