Default How can I prohibit Excel to display the lowest y-value in a graph

How can delete the lowest y-value in a graph without rescaling the y-axis? My
problem is that I set the y-axis so that it is crossing the x-axis in the
middle and the lowest y-value is displayed on the x-axis. That does not look
good and I would like to delete this value in the graph.
