Default Replacing A1:B2 with a "TEXTED CONTENT"

In using DMAX(D2:F1000;"Profit"; P45:P46 ) y need to replace the last term
***P45:P46*** for an content I have in field P45:Q45, or by a one I produce
as TEXT.
I tried P45&Q45 but it didnt work.
How can I replace this?

Third parameter is the criteria with label in P45 and condition in P46.

You can change it to P45:Q46 if you have two conditions... but not P45:P46
