how to find the data after we delete

Two day ago, i did my assignment by using microsoft Exel 2003. In between my
work i have save the data.But today when i open again the same fail i didnt
find what i have save last two days. How i find again what i have write in
day days ago in microsoft office Exel 2003? Anyone can help me plz ?
