How do I freeze a sheet page so you can't tab out of the area up or down? In

Imagine your sheet is 10 columns wide by 40 rows. Highlight all the
columns from the 11th to the extreme right and Format | Column | Hide. Similarly, highlight all the rows from the 41st to the bottom and Format | Row | Hide. Hope this helps.
