Default separate two dates from a text string into two separate cells

Hi again!

I have a "Start and End Date" named column with text like this:

Sep 24/08-Sep 24/08
Apr 4/08- Apr 30/08
Feb 1/08-Feb 20/08
Dec 1/07- Dec 31/07

I would like create a column for the Start Date and another column beside it
for the End Date. How can I achieve this?

:)

Thank you again Sean Timmons, it worked!!

Before, I spent about three hours manually separating the dates and your

Awesome. :)
