If I copy from a cell that has a formula in it, to an empty cell - using
copy-paste special-values -- After I hit enter, the cell contents change to the formula that was in the original cell. As an example - Cell A3 is "=A10" If I copy this and then use Paste Spectial Values into Cell C3, it shows the value, but then as soon as I hit "Enter", it changes to the formula "=C10". It is acting like it is copying the formulas instead of the value, and transposing the reference for the new cell location. If I do the same thing, but hit the down arrow key after the Paste Special Values, then it just copies the value and not the formula. I have checked the settings in the Options Menu, but I do not see anything that may cause this. Thanks, -- Perry K |
