Make a cell font red if number is greater than 200

You can't have both Either Place cursor on cell concerned, FormatConditional FormattingCell Value isGreater Than200FormatFontRedOK Or Select cell again, DataValidationAllowWhole numberBetweenMinimum0Maximum200Error Alerttype in your message If Data Validation is in place, then the value entered will never be above 200 hence the colour condition will not get triggered. -- Regards Roger Govier "delete automatically" wrote in message ...
