Hi
I have a list of employee names with hire dates and each employee has a list of preferred vacation dates. There is a limit on the number of concurrent employees that can have any date off. I need to be able to allocate the vacation dates to the longest serving employee. What is the best way to do this in excel. Many thanks W |

Sort the list by hire dates then by name.
