Default Div/0 error on running mean %

A-----------B-------------C-----------D
1-- Oct Nov Dec "4th Qtr.
2-- 85.0% 84.0% 78.0% 82.3%
3-- 91.0% 95.0% 88.0% 91.3%
4-- 87.0% 85.0% 90.0% 87.3%
5-- #DIV/0!
6-- Running mean #DIV/0!

I would like to have D6 calculate a running mean for the 4 th quarter
entries but dont know how to get around the DIV/0 errors . Column D has a
formula in it to calculate columns A - B- C but because I dont have entries
yet in row 5 it wont calculate a running mean for the entries I have
made....mmmnnnn.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
