Default Can I fill cells with a hyperlink

I am trying to put a hyperlink in or beside cells on one sheet to bring me to
the same cell on another sheet I have used =HYPERLINK("#'Notes'!A1","jump").

Notes being the sheet name I want it to jump to and it works but is there
any way I can get the A1 in the formula to change to A2 etc (relatively) when
I fill cells as I want about 6000 rows to have a hyperlink beside them to
jump to corrosponding cell on the Notes sheet. Thank You in advance or maybe
there is an easier way to do this
