Default Bottom lines of text entered in a cell not printed or obscured

Lines of text at the bottom of some cells are cut-off or completely omitted
from the print preview display and printout as well.

Might this be an issue where the row height is not big enough?
Select the cell with the issue, and click on "AutoFit Row Height" in the
Format drop down of the Cells section in the Home tab.
