Default using list

I'm using a list in one cell that reference another work sheet where the data
is. When I use the drop down list it return a number in my work sheet. from
cell A1. I also want to return a number in B1 to a different cell in my work
sheet at the same time. I hope I explained this right.

You're a little short on details.

Assume you are using a Data Validation dropdown list for selecting a value.

Which cell is the list in?

'It return a number in my work sheet from A1"

How does it do that and to where is it returned?

If you know how, you should be able to set up "a different cell" in the same
manner.

Post some details and cell references.
