Default Complex Transfer from one sheet to another

I want to Automatically transfer Clients from sheet1 to sheet 2. I only want
clients that have come for the last 4 months in a row only ONCE a month,
from todays date. . I also want it to autoupdate itself as the current month
passes.

Example Based on Today's date 9/24/08
Sheet1 i have A: A200 Clients: and B: B200 Dates:

John Doe 4/28/08
John Doe 5/25/08
John Doe 6/1/08
John Doe 7/20/08
Chris Smith 1/1/ 08
Chris Smith 1/23/08
Dana Smith 6/22/ 08
Dana Smith 4/2/08

Sheet 2
In Column A down. i want the names only to be trasfered.

From the example above it should only be John Doe.. sice he came once last
4 months in a row from todays date., Chris and Dana has not.,

If iam not making sense or there isn't a possile formula please let me know.

Thankx in advance.
