word wrapped text does not completely display
I am working with test data in a spreadsheet. Some of the cells are quire
lengthy and don't completely display in the sheet - even though they are word wrapped. Making the column wider does not solve the problem. Any suggestions appreciated. |

how much is lengthy? each cell should hold up to 32767 characters but only 1024 with show in the cell. the rest should appear in the formula bar. regards FSt1 "wsjanus" wrote: I am working with test data in a spreadsheet. If your lengthy text entry is in a merged cell you'll have to adjust the row
height manually as Excel does not do this with merged cells, even with word wrap turned on. -- Kevin Backmann "wsjanus" wrote: I am working with test data in a spreadsheet. You'll see about 1000 characters in the cell unless you do something special.
You can add alt-enters (to force new lines within the cell) every 80-100 characters to see lots more than those 1000 characters. wsjanus wrote: I am working with test data in a spreadsheet.
