Default Maxed out recent docs to display, need to reset

I set the # of recent docs to dispay at 35 and now when I go into the upper
left hand button in excel, I can't get to the lower right hand button because
it is covered up by the recent docs. Any idea how to reset this so I can
get to the advanced functions to change some worksheet settings?

An alternate way to access the Excel Options window is to hold down the ALT
key then press "T" then "O".
