Default How do I select only the highlighted cells in my workbook?

I have a big workbook with alot of data in it. I have highlighted a number
of cells that I would like to move to another workbook. Aside from going
through and selecting each cell one-by-one, is there a way to select all of
teh cells that I highlighted of a particular color?

I don't think this can be done using formulae or Menu options. You can do
this using VBA...
