Default HOw do I enable the use of Hyperlinks

I try to click on a hyperlink but then I get a message that states,"This
Operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer".
How can I change this to allow me to use Hyperlinks

Regards
Lee

That is a policy set at the administrative level in Windows and has nothing
to do with Excel.

Suggest you re-route your question to a Windows news group like

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
