I'm having a problem, primarily in Excel 2003 (other apps also having problem
to a lesser degree).

1. I press 'help', type a subject and recieve list of items on this subject.
2. Press subject and Excel attempts to access the infomation online.
3. My "firewall' shuts down (Webroot, everthing is current) and then the
help window gives me a message that the item cannot be displayed.
4. This problem is primarily in Excel.
5 Once the firewall is shut down, I attempt again and same failure, except
the firewall does not get shutdown.

Using XP SP3 and this problem just started today.
