Default Combo Box Contents Resize Themselves?

I have a top-sheet report with two combo boxes where a user can select a
department and then the applicable report to display.

The reports in this section are all charts/graphs.

By default, I lock the worksheet.

I'm not sure when this started occourring, but somehow the font and/or the
size of the drop-down arrow are getting resized to the point where, for
example, the arrow takes up the entire space allocated to the drop-down box.

The size of the box is NOT changing, but the contents inside that box are
resizing themselves!

This is driving me crazy and I can't seem to figure out if there is a
setting that I am somehow overlooking!

As always, thanks in advance for your help!

Later-
Ray
