I cannot find the chart wizard in Excel 2003
The 'assistant' on 'Help' menu button gives no information on wizards

go to tools | customize | commands tab | categories : insert |
commands: charts | drag it on the toolbar | close |

Default Chart Wizard

Insert menu Chart opens the Chart Wizard. So does the icon on the Standard
toolbar that looks like a column chart. If you are showing the standard and
formatting toolbars on one row, not all icons appear. If that's the case go
to Tools menu Customize Options tab, and check Show Standard and
Formatting Toolbars on Two Rows.
