Default Changing the order of fields in a query

In Excel 2007 I have a query linking into an external database. The result on
the worksheet is a mixture of the column's from the query and extra columns I
have added to calculate values.

I now need to rearrange the order of the query columns. How can I do this? I
tried changing the order in the query, but it didn't work.
