Default Lost "Mailing" tab across top of Excel - Need to do e-mail merger

Can someone please tell me how to get the heading "Mailings" tab across the
top of Excel 2007. SOmehow mine has disappeared and of course using this
program it is not something you would ever be able to find on your own.
I HATE 2007
