Default how can i show/print just populated rows from a list

I am creating a quote template, which includes a list of options which may or
may not be relevant. On a separate tab I want to create an output summary
report which only shows the relevant items. This page will contain a
description of the item (eg Travel Allowance) where necessary, and a price
based on data entered. I'm sure this can be done with VB but have no idea how.
