Default Lookup issues

2nd question that adds to my first question about the Lookup function" how to
access another workbook.

If you use the Move or Copy feature under Edit you'll be prompted in some
cases that the worksheet will be truncated as it is moved because of too many
characters.

Since I need the entire worksheet, not a truncated one, I've tried leaving
the worksheet in another workbook but then I haven't figured out how to use
the Lookup function dialogue as it wants the Name (as in Insert Name Paste)
in the same workbook.

Any ideas? Thank you
