I have a file that is basically a list of names, addresses, emails, etc. I
want a border around every cell in the table. I have set this over and over but when I add a new person to the list, it loses it's top cell border for the 1st row that appears at the top of a new page (after a page break). How can I keep this? |

Have you seen the page in print preview (or printed it) to make sure that the
border actually goes away or it just seems like that to you on screen? If you insert rows in between your names then the new row should have borders. Try selecting your whole range once and click on the border icon which looks like a +. You may be having this problem if you had applied border one side at a time... Do loop back with your feedback... "annasue" wrote: I have a file that is basically a list of names, addresses, emails, etc. I want a border around every cell in the table. Thank you for responding. Yes, when I print, it is gone. I also have tried
selecting the whole range and doing the plus sign. Nothing I have done seems to work. I can send you the file if it would help.
