XLA - Addin Active
I have created an XLA file that I have saved to my addin folder with macro's
that I want to use in mult files. It works fine. I was told that I did not have to go into 'Tools/Addin" and check to activate for other people, just copy to the addin folder and next time Excel starts , it will pull in. When I started giving this to other people , I saw that just to copy the file then startup Excel would not garentee when I open VB, it would be there. Does anyone know why or do I have to make sure and do Tools/Addin? I was not doing this before? |

XLA - Addin Active
Put it in the add-in folder, easiest way if to have for instance the *xla
file on your desktop, then open a new file in excel, do save as and select xla, then just drag the add-in into the open window/folder and then cancel the save as. Then go to toolsadd-ins and select the add-in there. -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Don" wrote in message ...
