I have a pivot table that pulls projects, responsible and due dates for some
reason pivot pulls project numer & title, but in the columns [2] for
responsible names & due date it does not pull any information in several
rows, cells are shown in blank. Database where information is pulled from
contains all these information. I have reviewed pivot table format and seems
ok but can not find what to do in order to pull this data. Can you help me
please

It might be in there as a sum if there are multiple entries or if you added
fields to the pivot table after you created one you might have to check the
item in the record list.
