Default excel 2000 window disappears from taskbar

dear all,

i'm using excel 2000 in Win XP. however, the excel will suddenly
disappear from the taskbar and i can't even find it by using "Alt
+Tab". although i can find excel.exe at the Task Manager, i can't see
the excel windows. pls help!!!
