criteria A2:S4
Copied the header
i have typed ="=entry" in the criteria and nothing happens.
Is there something else I should be doing?

Yes. Re-read the help for this function. Especially the part which says
"entry" is an example, and you really need to put the data you are looking
for.

Regards,
Fred.

I'd start by reading some notes by Debra Dalgleish:

No problem, Browny. But to get help here, you will need to give us examples
of what you did, what results you got, and what results you wanted instead.
Until then, we're just guessing, which serves nobody's purpose.

Regards,
Fred
