Excel 2003 Subtotals
Help,
Recently moved from Excel 2000 to Excel 2003 SP3. A workbook with around 15,000 rows would subtotal in seconds in Excel 2000 but takes over 30 minutes in Excel 2003. I know Microsoft changed calculation methods, but this seems extreme. The work around is to change all formulas to values, but this does not seem correct as the workbook worked prior to the installation of Excel 2003 Are we missing a reg setting. ANY help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks |

Excel 2003 Subtotals
Maybe changing to manual calculation would help.
Or maybe you could drop the subtotals and replace it with a pivottable???? Dan wrote: Help, Recently moved from Excel 2000 to Excel 2003 SP3.
