Default Creating a Form- Formatting based on answer given

I am trying to create a form for users to use to evaluate things. I have a
question that uses data validation from a list where a user can select YES or
NO. If the user enters YES for that question that I want to have two more
questions sort of POP Up. Is there a way that this can be done?
