Default No possibility to save to original spreadsheet

Is it possible to set up my spreadsheet, so users only have the possibility
to "save as" not "save"? When people select "Save as", i'd like the
spreadsheet to suggest a certain file name that the user can call something
else, if they like. Finally, how can I set up my spreadsheet, so people can
only open it after typing a password?

Save it as a template.

i'd like the spreadsheet to suggest a certain file name

It will suggest a name based on the template's name.

so people can only open it after typing a password?

Save the workbook with a password. In the Save As dialog select Tools and
General Options.
