Default #NAME errors on e-mailed Hyperion Retrieve spreadsheets

Since changing to office 2007 all of the Hyperion Retrieve spreadsheets that
are e-mailed to me, all retrieve formulas turn to #NAME errors. How do I fix
this?

Did you check to see if the add-in is loaded?
