two options, 1) file / page setup / sheet tab - tick gridlines 2) select the area you want to put borders on, choose format / cell - borders tab and choose the style, colour & where you want them Cheers JulieD "Rachel D." <Rachel D. @discussions.microsoft.com wrote in message ...
