Hello, yes I tried without success as when moving to the row, the data part
remains empty and it is not accepted by the PivotTable Layout wizard. "A_Sneller" wrote: Have you tried dropping the field you want on the "row" section of the pivot table? "coolthinking" wrote: Hello, Under Excel 2003, I have a worksheet with several columns. When using the Pivot Table I am able to select count, sum... possibility for the data part of the Pivot Table Layout Wizard. It works great and I am happy. However, I would like now to list the items instead. How can I do it? I use around 20 differents PivotTable on my Excel document, so Advanced Filtering is not the solution for this case. Best regards. |
