Default Drop down

Thanks - But I think I did not clarify what I wanted properly

What I am trying to do is :

I have a Worksheet containing Product codes (appearing more than once) in
a column . There is data in other columns like time taken to manufacture,
Qty sold etc. Say there are 18 unique product codes but more than 300 rows
of data

In another sheet, I am trying to create a drop down box, using the Product
codes from sheet 1.

The drop down box shows the same product code appearing more than once. Can
I make each product code appear as a unique item - I want only the 18 product
codes to appear

Thanks / Raj

Follow Otto's suggestion then copy the unique product codes to another
sheet.

Give that range a defined name of MyList

In the source for your DV list enter =MYList
