Default Rotate a Excel table

I know that we can rotate text within a cell.

Is it possible to rotate a table within the Excel spreadsheet from the
landscape orientation to the portrait orientation - 90% rotation?

Default

You could rotate a picture of a table:

Select the cells that you want to rotate
Hold the Shift key, and choose EditCopy Picture
Click OK, to accept the default settings
Click on the cell where you want to paste the picture
Hold the Shift key, and choose EditPaste Picture
Drag the picture's green handle to rotate it.
