Does Microsoft provide information regarding the number of corporate licenses
they have in a geographic area? I am doing some research for a client who is
building some software that works in tandem with Excel. They want to get a
feel for how large the Excel market is in the local area. Effectively they
are trying to forecast the penetration rate of their product as a function of
Microsoft corporate licenses.

Does Microsoft provide this via their Certified Partner program or any other
avenue?
