In an Excel 2007 PivotTable, I want the dropdown list of Departments to match
the chosen Faculty (Faculty is the report filter). In the default PivotTable I have a listing of all the Departments at the institution. I know I can separate the data and make several PivotTables but I wanted to preserve all the data in one table. Thanks, Catherine -- BC, Canada |

The Report Filters aren't dependent, and there's no setting you can
adjust that will change that. Each dropdown list will show all the items in its field, not just the ones that match a selection in another Report Filter.
