Default Why does a picture "hide" when inserted in Excel?

I have a workbook created in Excel 2003, but when using it in 2007, When I
cut a picture from a website and paste it in the worksheet, I can't see it.
It shows on the print preview, but not on the worksheet I am working on. How
do I resolve this?
