Default How to export selected columns to SQL Server without programming?

I'm using Excel 2003 & SQL Server 2000 & 2005. Is there a function or add-in
in Excel that is similar in function 'Covnert to MS Access' that I can
export selected columns to SQL Server?

Thanks!
