Default formatting formula help!!!

Hi,

Is there a way (what formula) to reference a range of cells based on the
color or not blank, then return the number on a separate cell? Example
ColumnB C
1000 1001 1002 1003 1004
Model 200 100 300 200 200
Row 10 Yellow
Row 11 Blue
Row 12 Green
Row 13 Yellow
Row 14 Yellow

where 100=Blue, 200=Yellow, 300=Green
The formula needed is in starting row 9, column B (result=200)
