Default Pivot Table Cleanup

Hello,

The pull down fields in my pivot tables have several values that are no
longer valid for one reason or the other. They no longer appear in the
source data of the table, in other words. Is there a way to clean up these
pull downs to eliminate the unecessary data?

Thanks,
Tom

Have you tried right-clicking on the pivot table and selecting Refresh?

This refreshes the data showing in the table, but doesn't remove anything
from the pull down lists. Thank you for the reply though.
