Border disappears in Print Preview & Print
I am working in Excel 2007 and I have a spreadsheet that contains various
rows with bold border lines on the top and bottom of each section when I go to view the sheet in Print Preview the bottom border where the page breaks the border does not show nor does the top border on the next page. I went back in to my formatting to make sure that I had selected for both the top and bottom border sections were selected so I am at a loss. Can someone help? |
Border disappears in Print Preview & Print
If you use Set Print Area (or the range name "Print_Area") the borders have
to belong to cells that are in the print area or they do not appear on the print out. Example: -Your print area starts at A10:D10 -If you select A10:D10 and apply Top Borders they will appear in the printout. -If you select A9:D9 and apply Bottom Borders they will not appear in the printout. So you may have to reapply the borders after selecting the right range. -- Jim "dbagby" wrote in message ... |I am working in Excel 2007 and I have a spreadsheet that contains various | rows with bold border lines on the top and bottom of each section when I go | to view the sheet in Print Preview the bottom border where the page breaks | the border does not show nor does the top border on the next page. | | I went back in to my formatting to make sure that I had selected for both | the top and bottom border sections were selected so I am at a loss.
